While at Seven45 Studios/First Act as Lead FX Artist/3D Generalist, I was responsible for all of the character and environment FX for the AAA title, Power Gig: Rise of the Six String. Here's a little reel I put together to showcase some of the FX and R&D that I did.
In addition to my duties as Lead FX Artist/3D Generalist, I assisted in the R&D'ing of new tools and engines (i.e. - UDK "Unreal Engine") as well as contributed a variety of in-game particle simulations, post-work production, documentation of content creation and workflow. 

At the time, we were preparing for a possible port to the Wii, and so below is an example an optimized recreation (i.e. - modeling and texturing) of one of the lead character models that we needed in order to meet the Wii specs while maintaining the aesthetics.
